When a Project Manager is not involved at the conceptual stage but comes in at the construction stage, he or she becomes the Construction Manager.

The Construction Manager is the link between the Client and suppliers and contractors. This ensures coordination of different participating agents guaranteeing optimum construction. The Client receives regular updates in a monthly detailed report permitting the establishment of reliable protocols meeting every need and guaranteeing project completion.

  • Supervisió funcional, tècnica i econòmica del projecte.
  • Assessorament en la planificació i l'organització d'obres.

  • Coordinació dels treballs implicats en la realització de l'obra (sense assumir cap participació en l'execució material de la mateixa).
  • Gestió de contractes i negociació de preus, comandes i subministraments, Control del treball dels contractistes.
  • Examen continuat de la qualitat i la quantitat dels treballs.
  • Millora de processos constructius.
